ANSWERS

1.  I cannot view the digital magazine
Please make sure your machine accepts cookies – access is controlled by cookies. Each issue can be accessed by one computer only - if you have already viewed this issue on another machine and require access on a second please contact our Customer Services Department.

Technical requirements: You will need to have Macromedia Flash installed to see the publication: download here.
Cookies: to enable your machine to accept cookies if you are using Internet Explorer choose Tools, Internet Options, Privacy and set your privacy level to medium or medium high.

If you are still having problems please contact our  Customer Services Department.



2. I am told I am unauthorised to see this publication
Access to the digital magazine is restricted to subscribers and certain categories of British Sub-Aqua Club members. If you are a subscriber please contact our Customer Services Department and we will investigate.



3. Can I print the digital magazine?
Yes, yes you can print single pages, two pages together or a selected sequence.



4. Can I forward on this magazine to my colleagues?
Yes, if the digital magazine is forwarded, your colleagues they will only be able to read it for two months without registering. Please ask them to register via www.roplreg.com to receive regular copies.



5. How can I get extra copies for my colleagues?
Please ask them to register www.roplreg.com



6. Questions about using the software

7. I need to change my details
Please log onto www.roplreg.com if you are a direct subscriber. You can access your password to logon from here.



8. Can I read my digital magazine on more than one machine?
You can read the digital magazine on any machine, but once you have activated the link for an issue it will only be available on that machine. Please contact our Customer Services Department if you require access on a second machine.



9. We are a Library, how do we subscribe?
We have a special rate for Librarians. Please contact our subscription Hotline.
